Too much unproductive computer work & aimless websurfing. Physical inactivity. Lying to myself. Missing karate training too often. Too much sugar and bad eating habits. (Proud to say most of those are currently reasonably well under control.)

Honesty. Humour. Being able to listen. Being positive. Respect. Kindness. Tolerance.
June 10th // Monday // How many cups of coffee did you drink today?
None. I never drink coffee. I love tea though. Had one of those so far today. (Evening update:) End of day total: 3
June 11th // Tuesday // What is your favourite thing to do on a Friday night?
Karate training. Then chill. Or have a comfy night in with boyfriend or friends. Watch a movie. I’m not a big party-go-er.
June 12th // Wednesday // Is something in your way? Can you move it?
Fear. Of failure. Of rejection. Of going broke. Misconceptions and assumptions. Yes I can. With time. And a little determination and self-encouragement.

Not having enough money. (Oh wait, that was every day.) My work being too cheap, too expensive, not desirable enough. A client not turning up for his appointment. (He was late.) And he didn’t.
June 14th // Friday // Did you exercise today?
No excercise for me today. I’m still recovering from my blood donation Except for a short bike-ride for some errands.
Recap of the last week
Reasonably good one I think, though less productive than I would have liked. Took out some more adverts. Did some client work. Went to a self-employment networking breakfast, which was interesting. The membership fee is very high though, so I don’t think I’ll be becoming a regular member for now at least. Went to karate on Monday. Went to donate blood. I’m now an official donor with my little donor’s ID and everything (Mission accomplished! (That doesn’t mean I’m going to stop.)) My boyfriend was away this week which is unpleasant, but gives me a lot of time to think and get my stuff in order, which is a big plus. Started reading “The Art of Possibility”. The first three chapters have already had a huge impact. Looking forward to where this is going. Looking forward to having my boyfriend back next week <3
