52 Lists // Week 20 Calligraphy

May 25th, 2013

52 Lists // Week 20 // CalligraphyWeek 20 from Moorea Seal’s 52 Lists. I used yellow and red ink this time alternatively for each bullet point. Also doodled some suns around the headings and last line to balance the whole thing out a bit. Script used is the carolingian minuscule. I really love this one. Currently I’m learning the humanistic cursive and it’s sooooo hard. There’s only two lessons to go on this course and I’m definitely planning to sign up for the next one to pick up after the summer :)

My laptop has decided to spontaneously leave this world behind, so I currently don’t have the software to edit these images, so the colours or lighting may be inadequate. Will be fixing that once I have my new PC set up properly. I loathe PCs I really do. I just got a new one and for some reason the wireless internet connection isn’t worth a rat’s arse. My laptop never had ANY trouble in the same spot in my room and this PC is supposed to be well equipped. Why can’t these things just work? I love design and webdesign, but I hate PCs. Not good.

52 Lists is a project by Moorea Seal. I have been using it since the beginning to practice my calligraphy skills. Here you can find all the lists I’ve done so far. If you’re interested in calligraphy inspiration, visit my Pinterest Calligraphy board.
