And here’s week eleven of Moorea Seal‘s 52 Lists.
I’m loving these more and more, the more I do them The lists are helping me reflect a lot of things that are important to me, and the fact that I’m making use of them to practice my calligraphy makes them double fun.
It’s a really great way for me to experiment with calligraphy and style elements without getting too perfectionistic about it. (Embracing imperfection is the last item on the list, and one of the most important here )

This time I used coloured blocks to balance out the composition, trying to make it fit more or less into a harmonious rectangle. Because I felt the composition looked like it was slipping off the bottom of the page I also added a line of the coloured blocks along the top. Little elements like this make such a difference.
52 Lists is a project by Moorea Seal. I have been using it since the beginning to practice my calligraphy skills. Here you can find all the lists I’ve done so far. If you’re interested in calligraphy inspiration, visit my Pinterest Calligraphy board.
