I’m a 24-year old graphics and web-designer, striking out on my own, working on creating a life I love. (Boy does that sound mucho sappy. But it’s true.)
I’ve been drawing since I can remember. I’ve been building websites since the days when Pokémon first became cool. A cool font turns me on more than any pair of shoes. I enjoy hand-written letters over e-mail and love making stuff with my hands. A recent obsession of mine is Calligraphy. Another is collecting pretty notebooks.
I’m interested in all things creative, love making things, baking things, love calligraphy, drawing, designing, creating, writing.
Because I’ve always had to have things my way I’m currently at the beginning of striking out as a freelance graphics and webdesigner, fully embracing the fact that I may fall flat on my face with it. Getting a “proper job” has never really had much appeal to me, as it somewhat has the same ring in my ears as “death sentence” which has never been my chosen career choice.
Trying to break the standard mould because it feels like a coffin.
Here’s to living the life of your dreams. Hope you enjoy your stay on my blog, and I’d love to hear your story I’m sure it rocks.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.
